DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

1. Specify the copyrighted work that you assert has been infringed, or if this Notice pertains to multiple copyrighted works, provide a representative list of such works.

5. Provide your complete legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who willfully misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may incur liability.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content that was removed (or to which access was suspended) does not infringe, or if you are authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or under law to post and utilize the material, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Copyright Agent that includes the following details:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access has been disabled and where it was located before its removal or disabling;
3. A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification of the material;
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, a statement that you submit to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement that you are willing to accept service of process from the individual who sent the notification regarding the alleged infringement.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may send a copy to the original complainant, advising them that we might restore the removed content or stop restricting access within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files a court action against the content provider or user, we may restore the removed content or re-enable access to it in 10 to 14 business days or longer at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Following the DMCA and other relevant laws, we maintain a policy of terminating users who are identified as repeat infringers in appropriate situations and at our discretion. We also reserve the right to restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, with or without a history of repeat infringement.
